Pinelands Treasures news update

I've been MIA lately while taking care of other chores. I finally have enough items in my Etsy shop to announce the grand opening of Pinelands Treasures. I thank all of you who encouraged me to do this, it's been fun!

Second, my series of 12 Native American Full Moon Dolls will be on display at our public library during the month of August (they are pictured 3 posts below). They fit perfectly with the theme of the library's summer reading program -- "Differing Cultures". I've been preparing small cards of text to go with each doll, and I'm happy that young readers will have a chance to learn about this Native American Full Moon tradition.

I am so excited for you and your beautiful Full Moon dolls are going to be there in the library displays...I still feel you have to write a children's book for everyone. Imagine and Live in Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart

Thank you for all of you loving support.

Doing the Snoopy Happy Dance for you. How thrilling! Congratulations. They certainly are a great visual for the Indian belief.

How exciting Barb to have your doll's at the library. I'm sure everyone will enjoy them as much as your bloggging friends. I'll have to go check out your new etsy shop. I've always wondered about the experience with etsy and whether it's a good place to sell your products. I hope you'll share your knowledge with us once you've been selling there awhile.
