Weaving Finish

It became a 1-1/2' long wall-hanging in my sewing room! Since it reminded me of an American Indian design, I embellished with a sterling silver Dream Catcher charm. I'm excited about doing more box weaving now.

I am so happy you have put this in your studio...it is there to hold your Dream projects! I am feeling very lazy today...I wander from one project...magazine...sketchbook...and then plants that really need to be transplanted. I am having a restful Sunday...sort of ! Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart

WOW Barbara. That came out absolutely fantastic. I think I need to do an "art" weaving piece.

Oh, you should be excited!! Its beautiful - and how nice to have it right where you can see it each day - sort of meditative.

It's wonderful! It reminds me of a piece my grandpa did years ago when he was laid up in the hospital after the war. He weaved a piece that was about 3 ft. long and I had it for years until it got lost in a flood we were in. So sad. I have never tried weaving but may with your inspired piece.

So exciting. It is really spectacular and a great story to tell of how it was made. Wow.
