Knitting Only

I'm taking this dish cloth to my elderly Mom when I visit next week. I don't think she actually uses them, but I do think she likes them. At least there is one I've made in her kitchen whenever I visit, but it always looks like new. ;) This one used up my left-over cotton yarns, and the reddish tinge (lower left) is a rainbow from a crystal hanging in a sunny window. Next I'll knit one without changing yarns. That will be more fun!

My mother has pot holders I have made for her hanging in the kitchen - but she uses a couple of old ragged ones from years ago.

Good job on the dishcloth. I may be changing colors on the one I am making now- I am not sure there is enough of that yarn left. Ha ha.

I love it and I know your Mom will treasure it (even if she doesn't use it *smile*).

I love the small exchanges of thoughtfulness/love between you and your mom. So sweet, as is the lovely hand knitted dishcloth. Very nice.
