Finished Wall-Hanging

I finally decided on fabrics to finish my "Kokopelli" wall-hanging (Feb. 11th post below). It combines cultures -- the "Kokopelli" figure is American Indian, and the surrounding, binding and backing fabrics are of African design. I love that they go so well together! I also did a little free motion quilting, just barely visible, but the best I can do with my basic mechanical machine. Now to find an empty wall spot!

Boy these fabrics really DO go together well. That little Indian in the center is too cute. You must have a lot of walls!!
Have a wonderful weekend.

Kokopelli is a favorite design. I love it. My guess is that the reason is his flute. Ha ha.
The fabrics really play nicely together.

I too love Kokopelli. Saw many of them when we visited Arizona a few years ago. You've gathered the perfect fabrics for the design.
