Beautiful Handwoven Scarf

No, I didn't weave this scarf (wish I had). I won it as a door prize, and I was thrilled to have one this beautiful! The weaver is Dana Zeck, and I asked her what yarn she used. Sorry, I forgot her reply, but it is the softest and smoothest handwoven item I've ever felt. Could it be bamboo, or a combination of silk and bamboo? Gene, can you tell what it is? PS...Just found out its RAYON-CHENILLE yarn

I am sorry but without feeling it, I can't tell. If I had to make a wild guess, I would say maybe Alpaca or an Alpaca silk blend as those are super soft and delightful to touch. But then it could be a bamboo/silk combination also.

Wow Barbara what a gorgeous door prize. I would suggest asking her again what the yarns are that way you will know how to wash it too-enjoy!!
