My Daughter's Work

My daughter cut out the triangles long ago, then assembled this wall hanging yesterday. I love that she kept the dark diagonals but went with random overall triangle placement. That gives it more interest instead of a static symmetrical look. She tied it in a traditional manner, definitely my daughter!

Wow. She sure nailed the block color placement. Yup...she's yours. You can't try to tell her you found her under a rock. Oh, sorry. That's me and what I tell Laurie.

I really like the way she laid it out. It is calm but still interesting to the eye.
